1: You are our guests, not reference numbers.
2: We do not have an office that closes at 5 and we are on call all the time.
3: ARRIVALS...we operate a key safe lock system so if you are running late due to traffic, it dosnt matter as you will have key code to get in.
4: PAYMENTS: ...We do require a £50 deposit to secure a booking and balance is not required until 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.
Payments can be made in between the initial deposit and balance payment date and an email receipt is sent no later than the evening of any payment...Guaranteed.
5: You will not be holding on the phone for ages trying to get through...I will answer the phone asap.
6: We have been renting out privately now for more than 11 years, and have many a guest returning.
7: We take pride in our holiday rentals and its lovely to see the comments that are put on our customer comments groups.
