IF THE PARK HAS TO CLOSE DUE TO COVID AND YOU HAVE BOOKED A DATE FOR WHEN IT IS CLOSED, THEN ANY MONIES PAID WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL...GUARANTEED.
ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN BOOK FOR A LATER DATE.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1: minimum of £50.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
Any monies paid between the initial deposit payment and the balance payment is classed as a DEPOSIT.
If a cancellation occurs before the balance payment is due then all monies paid will be withheld unless we rebook the said holiday date at the original asking price.
If this occurs then you will be refunded all monies paid minus the initial deposit payment.
If we have to discount the said holiday date for a sale then you will be refunded all monies paid minus the initial deposit payment and minus the difference between the price of the original holiday price and the discounted price.
2: Balance to be paid by 4 weeks prior to holiday start date.if balance is not paid by midnight on that date then the booking will be readvertised and any monies paid will be withheld.
Payments can be made in installments if you wish and an email receipt is sent no later than the evening of any payment...Guaranteed
If balance payment is paid in full and a cancelation occurs for your holiday 8 weeks or less than your holiday start date then all monies paid will be withheld unless we can rebook the holiday date at the same price in which case you will be refunded all monies paid minus the initial deposit payment.
If the holiday date has to be reduced for a sale then you will receive all monies paid minus the initial deposit payment and minus the difference of the original holiday price and the discounted price.
3: caravan to be left clean and tidy as you found it.
4: strictly no smoking in caravans.
5: no pets allowed in caravans due to allergies unless it is our pet friendly.
Our PET FREE caravans are for the safety of our guests with allergies or who do not wish to arrive at a caravan that has had pets...please respect.
6: no single sex parties.
7: respect the neighbours please.
8: no barbeques etc on the decking.
9: this is a family oriented holiday park and we do not tolerate any abusive behaviour whatsoever...security have the right to escort you off the park if needed.
10: please imform us if your contact details change.
( I do like to ring our guests the evening before the holiday to make sure you have everything you need and I also ring you the evening of arrival to make sure everything is ok).
11: arrival time..3pm.
12: departure time..10am sharp please.
13: site passes can be purchased at reception on arrival.
14: SECURITY BOND FOR DAMAGES ETC.
we at present do not require a security bond as we trust our guests, but if you do break something accidentally please let us know so it can be replaced.
We will know if something is broken as our cleaners will imform us on the date of your departure or if something is missing.
We have put our T&Cs on the groups tonight so you all know.
As last year we had a couple of customers who wanted to cancel at the last minute and wanted their deposits back.
Hope you all understand that if someone cancels at the last minute then we may lose a weeks booking.
