Our simple booking process.


Booking a holiday with us is a simple process.

As one of our guests messaged today.

" Hi I have received email

And thanks for the easy booking I’m sure we will be in touch again for a later date also."

We ring at your convenience to explain all about the caravan.

If your happy with what we say, then we exchange details and you pay a £50 deposit to secure the booking.

Then an email receipt is sent to you shortly after confirming your booking with receipt of payment and Terms & Conditions

Also the date when the balance is due.(4 weeks prior to the holiday start date).

We message you to say email has been sent and to confirm that you have received it.

When we receive the balance payment, another email is sent to you with the receipt and directions to caravan on the park and the key code for access into caravan

Another message is sent to you confirming that the email has been sent.

We ring you on the eve of your holiday to check you still have all the imformation that you need and we also ring on the evening of arrival to check all is ok.

If your contact number has changed, please let us know.

We are always at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries.
