2: an email receipt is sent no later than the evening of any payment...guaranteed.

3: we ring you on the evening before your arrival to check you have all the information that you need.

Sometimes emails can be lost.

4: we ring you on the evening of your arrival to check all is OK.

5: we always answer the phone if any problems occur.

6: you are our personal guests...NOT a reference number.

7: ONE TO ONE PERSONAL SERVICE.
