We advertise on many groups, but we will not take a booking from potential guests before speaking to you personally to explain all that we have to offer.
You are not a reference number, you are a potential guest.
If after we speak then it is your decision whether you would like to book or not.
Our personal service is second to none.
If you decide to book, then we ring you on the eve of your holiday just to make sure you have all the imformation that you need.
(All imformation is sent to you after balance payment by email)
We then ring on the evening of arrival to check all is ok.
We are quite sure that you will enjoy your stay with us....like so many in the past.
