OUR ONE TO ONE PERSONAL SERVICE.
On a Friday afternoon I text our guests who have stayed to check that they have had a good stay.
I also ring the guests arriving on the Saturday to check that they have all the imformation they need for their arrival.
I then ring guests on the evening of arrival to check all is ok.
We are always at the end of the phone.
We are not the type to ignore phone calls.
Unlike others, we do answer the phone before 9am and well after 5pm.
You have paid for your holiday and we will make sure you enjoy your stay.
