OUR ONE TO ONE PERSONAL SERVICE. We do like to speak to potential guests before booking to explain all. If a booking occurs then we exchange details and ring you on the evening of your holiday to check that you have all the details you need. We then ring you on the evening of arrival to check all is ok. We do require a mobile number to contact you. OUR EASY PAYMENT PLAN. We do require a £50 deposit to secure a booking. Balance is not required until 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Payments can be made in between the initial deposit payment and balance payment. Any deposits that are made are returned with an email receipt. OUR GUARANTEE. Any monies paid is replied with an email receipt no later than the evening of any payment...Guaranteed. OUR GUESTS. We are always at the end of the phone to make sure you have a great stay. Ring, message or email whenever you want..we do not ignore our guests, we respect you.
