ONE TO ONE PERSONAL SERVICE. Before any bookings are made we like to ring our potential guests and explain all. No bookings are taken unless we speak to you. If you are happy with all we say, then we exchange details and the booking is reserved for you. On the eve of your holiday I will personally ring you to make sure you have the details that I have sent previously. On the evening of arrival I will ring to make sure you have arrived safely and everything is ok. It's your holiday so enjoy it, any problems then I will be at the end of the phone.
