Firstly I would like to say that we have employed a new cleaner for this year.

Her name is Paula and does a fantastic job.

She freshly makes your beds for arrival.

Tea towel is provided.

Sponge for washing up is provided.

Washing up liquid is provided.

Shower mat is provided...all inclusive in the price.

You have sea views.

Central heating throughout.

Fully fitted kitchen.

Decking.

Full size tv with dvds for young and old.

Full size ironing board and iron.

Hair dryer plus much more.

Our caravan is HOME FROM HOME.

We do require a £50 deposit and balance is not required until 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

Payments can be made in installments if you wish and an email receipt is sent no later than the evening of any payment..guaranteed.

Before any booking is made we do like to speak to potential guests to explain all and if you are happy with what we say then we can exchange details.
